TORONTO, Ontario – April 15, 2002 - Webernetic Inc., a system integrator of document and workflow management solutions, today announced that it has consolidated its operations with i2T Inc., and is re-launching its website – http://www.webernetic.com. Effectively immediately, Webernetic will carry out all marketing and engineering activities for i2T. However, i2T will retain its official VAR status with its partners so as to maintain business continuity for the new operations.

In the past four years Webernetic and i2T were affiliates each operated with its own business mission. While i2T focused on offering document management solutions, Webernetic specialized in IT and network infrastructure consulting. The two businesses would be merged and operated within Webernetic Inc. As a result, the combined product and service offerings would enable us to serve our clients with broadened technology expertise and management practice.

Webernetic is also re-launching its website, featuring products and solutions on document and workflow management, along with a number of case studies resulting from recent projects. The website also features secured client and partner areas that serve as online work space for client projects. The website is built using Xerox’s DocuShare. With advanced customization and navigation features, the website is a showcase of DocuShare as enterprise content management system.
