is a productivity add-on to Xerox DocuShare to streamline document indexing operations.
Extended View Interface
Custom DocuShare user interface that offers side-by-side viewing of document and document properties. With such capability users may edit document properties while viewing the document content within the same browser window
Content Organization
A background process that automatically organizes DocuShare documents in collection hierarchy based on metadata values. Administrator can define multiple hierarchical structure for multiple document types (e.g. HR, Invoice, Contract etc.). User simply enters document properties upon uploading, SMARTindex will relocate them, making the content organized and consistent for easy lookup.
