Remark OMR is a leading Windows based forms-processing software package for surveys and tests. The software recognizes optical marks (bubbles and checkboxes) and barcodes. Remark OMR has the ability to automate user steps by creating macro files (.rez). However, the application macro still requires user to manually scan and trigger the macro via its Windows program.
AutoMark is an MS Windows application that runs with Remark OMR, it can be configured to monitor new scans and launch Remark macro automatically.
- User creates Remark OMR forms and macros like they normally would.
- User fills out the OMR forms like they normally would.
- User scans OMR form to their designated network location.
- Automark watches network folders and launch the designated Remark macro.
- If so designed in the Remark macro, Remark outputs OMR report automatically.
- User interaction with desktop software is now eliminated in the scanning process.
