With the global health at stake, the company imposes stringent policies, procedures and work methods in all faucets of its operations. Along with the design and technical documents, the amount of documentation the company needs to manage and distribute is surmountable.

Aventis Pasteur's solution includes Xerox's Document Center as the document acquisition hardware, FlowPort as the document capture and indexing software, and DocuShare as the document repository. Webernetic is engaged to implement a dozen of custom index to Docushare such as Department, Document No., Status etc., and designed a custom search interface for user to query documents using parameters relevant to their business.
